Can anyone help? I have been offered a brand new Motorola T720 free, but it has GSM 900/1800. I want to use it on Fido/Rogers network which I believe is GSM 850/1900. I have read threads that say you can change the band (I think it's called flexing), but I'm an absolute newbie to all this and don't have a clue how to do this. Would anyone be able to send me a step by step guide how to do this? I would also like to change the start up video/sound if I can, again I'd need a step by step guide. I have a USB cable and PC's with either win2000 pro or XP pro. I realize this is most probably basic to you guys, but for an old guy it's confusing.
