Hey there,

I am new to all of this. I have a motorola v220 but I recently broke the screen, so I am unable to see anything.

I have a usb cable and I need to be able to connect my phone to my PC so I can retrieve my numbers/messages etc. I am running Windows XP

I am having problems with mobile phone tools - it detects my phone but doesn't finish setup.

Can you please help me find the correct software and everything I need?
