I am trying to burn an ISO file game to DVD and I keep getting the problem insert the correct DVD. Does it make it a difference whether the DVD is + or - R?

DVD-R is easier to read than DVD+R (so that might casue laser problems) and to make DVD+R better you booktype it to DVD-ROM

Try using a good brand such as Tayio Yuden or verbatim

PS2 is very picky about media quality

DVD-r is the way to go

Some mod-chips onnly work with DVD-R

Are you saying your computer or the PS2 is saying put in the correct disc? If it's the PC, then whatever kind you are trying must not be compatible with your burner.

Older ps2's need DVD-R. That may be your problem.

The early mods only played DVD+R

I am referring to burning a game for PC. I am using a Verbatim DVD, but the computer will not let me play the DVD even though it will install the game.
