I have been using the same programs for years now.. DVD Shrink & DVD Decrypter. I am now having a problem with Bewitched and I have read what others have posted so I downloaded DVD43 because the others have a trial period. I installed DVD43 then put the movie in my drive but the face is not turning green?
So I thought maybe I need to run DVD Shrink 3.1 for it to work, I then get an error message " DVD Shrink has encountered an error and cannot continue, No disk in drive" I believe I was already getting that message before I installed this program due to the protection on it. SO I thought maybe I will run DVD Decrypter I then get an error message that says " Device Not ready Medium not present"
Any Ideas? My face isn't turning green so I guess that is my question.

One more thing I click on the Yellow face and then click show and it says "DVD matches drive region,Use Key exchange to get title key(s).

There are a number of threads on this movie, so you can use the search function at the top and learn some more. However, try the free DVD Fab Decrypter available from http://www.filepedia.com look under rippers. Or download the 21 day trial of AnyDVD from http://www.slysoft.com. Both of these programs will work on this movie.
