Can anyone help me????????

I downloaded a movie in avi format and when i try to convert it with cucusoft converter pro this is the error message that comes up.

Can't find a codec for your avi file, please make sure you have installed a appropriate codec. If you still have any trouble with opening this avi file. Please feel free to visit http://support.cucusoft.com, we will help you to retrieve an appropriate codec ASAP. 4CC: xvid/XVID

I have downloaded all the codec's i need but it still wont work.

I don't know Cucusoft. But if the movies plays on your PC, that is not a codec problem.
If you cannot play it, baybe is a wrong version or a bad installation of the codec.
Did you try to play the movie ?(with WMP, BSPlayer, whatever)
