Ritek dyes are usually pretty good. Do you usually use +r's for ps2 games then? and do they work ok? If so, then yes these should be fine

I use Ritek DVD+R 8X Full Surface Inkjet Printable Discs.
I always burn at x1 speed and never had a problem yet.

im using same drive as you its fantastic use the same disk but the - version there go5 much better also update ur firmware
