CD Back-up Problem

I basically downloaded a ps2 cd games iso, then i burned it to a cd via dvd decriptor. I then put the disc into my ps2 which reads the disk, but everytime it trys to load it goes back into the browser screen!

Can anyone help me?

Burn it to CD-R. Use this guide: http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/236278 This is for PSX games, but you burn PS2 CD-ROM based games the same way.
