I have the original copy of Hulk, and Star wars 3, and I tried backing up a copy of them using DVD Decrypter, but it doesn?t burn. I do the whole TSO ( read and write the Mds file), when I use Alcohol 120%, the configuration messes up my PC. I found this website, and they have backups of games that I already own, so I wanted to try it out and see if they?ll work with swap magic V3.6 with the slide tool that I have, I?ve only been able to backup one of my games soo far. I wanted to know if I needed a Plug and Play modchip/DMS/Messiah modchip to play the backup?s from the website, or if it?s okay with slide card(tool). Thanks
yep it will work,but that doesnt sound like your problem,try useing a -r instead of a +r if you are already not,if you are,it will be most likely be the discs you are useing
first off why are you ripping the game with dvd Decryptor and then trying to burn it with alcohol.go to my tutorial at the bottom where my signature is and it shows exactly how to back a ps2 game using dvd decryptor.
Note-when u burn the ripped game do not choose the mds file choose the iso
I tried reading the game then writing it (MDS file) and it didn't work. So then I used Decrypter to read, and Alcohol to write and it worked, for only Madden 06. I haven't had 1 game to work using DVD Decrypter for read, and write. I just got sony -r 8X, and Hp-r 8x, but it didn't work for any game. I just got Rainbow 6, lockdown, so I will try it with DVD Decrypter again using sonyDVD-r 8X, and burn at 4X, because it didn't work before.
theridges, I just read your instructions, and this should work all the time. So how did I burn Madden 06, using the mds file, ooh well I'll try this, thanks
