Ok Im a newb to Game cube i want to get one and start burning and playing games i don't know where to start and what do i need
like what is free loader? is it like swap magic for PS2
Do i really need to install a mod chip?
if so whats the best one and how would i use it?

freeloader is only to play all reigon games on an un moded cube not for backups (at least i think)
to back them up u need a cube, broad band adapter, preferably a mod chip or do the PSO method, and a pc.
i have the qoob pro mod chip and its good so ill'd recomend it.
it can play back ups so its all good.
