New to psp mods, but I have always keep my self updated with new frimware's hacks, etc. Anyway, I was wondering how I install this firmware? I'm going to make the battery once a buy a psp from a friend.

OR, should I just get the new psp?

Your best bet is to upgrade to 3.52 M33 here

I dont exactly know what your problem is with the winstaller. I always do it manually and i read the readme file. Im on 3.52 M33 and my internet works just fine.

Well its your chooice not to go to 3.52 M33. I dont get any probloms. Except one time on the internet browser i got a blue screen error and had to flash1.

hey guys sorry to change the subject at once or ask a stupid question but i was just thinking if a person made a program for a psp you could not use it on firmware higher than 1.50 right so because we use 3.40 ect now a days unless your smart enough well i guess what i am trying to say is how come sonys firmware updates run how come demos run well isnt it possible to include that particular Intel about the program being able to run into the created programs imagine you would newer need a another downgrade unless it wont work its hard to explain i hope you get what i am saying or let me put it this way you have two balls one is heavier than the other so when they are borth droped the heavier falls at a higher speed the other does not fall faster because there is no extra weight so all you have to do is add the weight from the other ball

i assume you are getting the .flv video from youtube or from some other sites right? i was able to find a converter before. google it dude. try ".flv to .mp4 converter". I found a converter online before.

These 2 programs are free and work quite good, i remember i converted flv files before with it. Its called 3GP_Converter034 its free just google. Also another program would be XviD4PSP made by Winnydows its also free and is available at pspupdates.qj.net

Here is the one I used to use: http://www.nurs.or.jp/~calcium/3gpp/

just scroll down to the little box where it seys "2005/12/01

3GP_Converter034.zip
Version 0.34"
and click on 3GP_Converter034.zip.

Then when it is downloaded open it and at the bottem where it seys language select english and then at the top scroll down to where it seys "Model: MP4 for PSP (Direct renamed." and then just select apply. After that it will open a new window and in that window where it seys "Model: MP4 for PSP (Direct renamed)", change it to QVGA/29.97fps/1500kbps.Stereo/128kbps. Then where it seys output directory make that to where ever you want. "I usualy set it as my desktop". Then after that just drap your MPG or MPEG movies to the white box and it will take some time if it is a big movie. Then when its done, if you made the directory to MP_ROOT/100MNV01 then thats fine but if you made the directory to your Desktop or where ever else just drag both of the files that the 3GP converter made to the MP_ROOT/100MNV01 folder. THEN (FINAL THEN :P) you should be able to watch whatever movie you converted. Im not to sure about converting anything other than MPG or MPEG movies though.
