game saves corrupt in back up copy of RE4

when ever i save the game i get corrupt saves but the game works good on my ps2. i use a Max Memory 32MB card (all my other games saves arent corrupt) and i burned the game on a verbatim DVD-R at 2X. any idea as to what the problem is. thanks

Sorry man you'r gonna have to buy a regular 8mb card. Unfortunetly re4 does not like any memory cad over 8mb.I have a 16 mb and i also so had the same problem.And many other people.To put it simple its writing to 13 lines of adress,which is right for a 8mb but not a 16> mb card it needs to write to 14 lines instead (which can also work for smaller cards).

In other words......your screwed

Wish I'd known this before playing it for 5 hours straight.....

EDIT:
I just copied my save game from my 32meg card to my official 8meg card and it loads fine. *phew*
