I just downloaded DVDFab and tried to rip a movie, unfortunately both times after approx 30% my laptop bluescreened and said

DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

some other code and then beginning a physical dump

Anyone else get this or can lend advice?

Sounds like it could be a bad D/L...try uninstalling it and reinstalling.

The first time I ever tried to use dvdfab - it would not work for me - mine would decode the movie - but none of the programs (like shrink) could pull it up even though it should have w/o incident.



I uninstalled it, deleted the original DL, did a new DL str8 from the afterdawn site, and re-installed it again - and have had no problems .... try what LOCOENG ... I think the new download and re-install will work.
