Surreal64 XxX Emulator Question (BSOD)

First some info:

My box is softmodded with Unleashed X dashbard installed. My xbox is kernal 5838 (think thats it>its the newest one).

Now the plea for help;

I went to the "usual place" and got Surreal64xxx_beta4-9 , I changed the setting in the surreal.ini file to point to my roms and then uploaded it to my Xbox via FXP in E:/apps/ ... i then go to my dashboard after restarting my Xbox and select the program- it loads good, i see my roms and all - i select a rom and it appears to load then it goes to black screen of death and stays there. I tried moving surreal to my emu folder (changed the .ini to support the move); still the same freeze, i tried multiple ROMz and .v64z and they all do the same thing when useing Surreal 64 XxX, i even fiddled with the settings,used all options, & still the same BSOD. I need to know a fix for this or some information to solve this issue.

Some more info;
I used Surreal 64 V.1.0 and it works no problem execpt for it freezes in my games after i load from state; if that was fixed on that version it would be perfect; thats why I want this "newer" one.

-Anyway if you can be of help to me please reply quickly. If there is a patch to fix the freezing after loading from save state (damn zelda) please point me to the download.
(ps..i get everything from Xbins- so that where i got surrealz)
