alright, i bought a new xbox (because i buggered the motherboard on old one) and plugged it in and all works fine.
IM an XBL user and my gamertag ect is on my old HDD so i put the old HDD in new xbox booted it up and i get a msg saying "call customer support"
i NEED to get my gamertag on this new xbox, im not to fussed about game saves ect but xbl is a necesity.
If it helps i ave a spider chip which isnt installed on anything atm
