hello everyone, ive been browsing your site for about 3 days non stop now(its awsome, tons of info!) and i still have a few questions. i see that most of you are using the swap magic way of playing your backups of ps2 games. i recently just ordered my duo SE 2 modchip from a very popular modchip site. after i install that, i was wondering if im going to have to rebuild any of the games? some i dont have any desire to play(GOW) but some i might. can i just make direct copies of the games(i gave gt4 a shot, and it was too big to fit on the disc. thats ok though because i own it).

if someone could maybe enlighten me a little bit i would greatly appreciate it. i dont need full steps on how to backup, i already saved the pages on my favorites i found while searching.

ok to backup gt4 (if u really want to) use a program called DVD Shrink which is freeware and also will shrink the size of the DVD9 (gt4) and will be able to burn it on to a normal DVD-R. you can also now buy dual layer discs for games like that big. but try using that software because my mate recommended it to me and he said that it was brill.

also another good software for buring DVD5 game disc would be DVD Decrypter which decryptes the disc for ableing to copy the disc onto a blank DVD-R. give that one a try for DVD-5 games also the copys will depend on what disc media you would burn the game on like maxwell.

i have both of those programs already, as well as iso buster and cdvdgen. i dont know how to use isobuster and cdvdgen

hey ss6phil, DVD Shrink will not work for games.
