I gotta k500i but i have problems when it comes to video recording and stil pics. the zoom dosent work properly on the features it says goes up to 4x but mine only goes up to 2 and sometimes the zoom is not working at all. HELP NEEDED

other thing u can do is press 3 when in camera mode and check the zoom when keeping on changing works cos i tried on my previous sek500i

You need to change video resolution to smaller.It`s same in picture mode that you cant zoom to 4x with biggest resolution!

It can also be GDFS problem or fs problem.
