I got my HDD yesterday and have just converted my first game. Thing is, it took like 15 minutes and I read somewhere that it would take a few seconds. What's going on?

From what I've read, it cant take 15-30 mins, depending on the size of the game.

If you convert the game on the PS2 then it can take anything up to half an hour, as mentioned above it all depends on the size of the game. If you want to save some time then connect the drive to your PC and use WinHIIP or HDL_Dumb, these convert games el-rapido, the average game using this method takes around 3 minutes.

Average dvd is 30 min. a CD will convert in about 2 min.
