Ripping to D-Link Media Lounge

I have a D-Link Media Lounge and many of the DVD's I rip to hard drive to play over the media lounge do not work properly. They may start out properly, but at chapter points they may switch to a different language or to the directors voice-over. I am using DVD Decipher to copy the files to a folder on my hard drive and playing the AVI files from there. Can anyone help me with this problem?
