First suggestion would be that you might be using to much compression. Generally, anything below %70 compression might show artifacts and pixelazation. Using "Deep Analysis" and the "AEC" function will greatly help the final video quality.

You could also be burning to fast. I recommend burning at either 2X or 4X at the fastest.

Also I would advise you to not use TDK disc. They suck, use either Taiyo Yuden, Verbatim, RiData. Fuji and Sony are Ok but the have to have been made in Japan so read teh label.

After you click the "Backup!" button in DVD Shrink. A new window pops up, on that window it has some tabs at the top. On the "Quality Settings" tab, the first box is "Deep Analysis", the second box is the "AEC" box. I recommend doing a Deep Analysis on every DVD you do, and using the AEC function on DVD's that require more than %65 compression. Note: Using those two functions will greatly increase the time it takes to complete but, is very worth it!!

If you are using +R media, put a check mark in this box:

If your using -R media, there should be NO CHECK MARK THERE.

@ onj21; You will also see DRAMATIC improvement if you rip MOVIE ONLY with a program that allows it or allows you to leave in or remove as desired menus, preview trailers, unneeded audio, dvd extras, etc. Such as CLONE DVD or 1CLICK DVD COPY or BLAZE DVD COPY just to name a few... I speak from all of MY trials and eras. Hope That helps.

PACO_1 ,
Sounds like you work for them. Why pay for a program that is sub-par when there are better programs out there for less $$.

You're stepping into very dangerous territoty offering pirated software. If I were you I'd take a good hard look at the forum rules (link in my sig) and be very very careful what I said from now on.

NEPHILIM;
I have no intentions on breaking forum rules. VERY SORRY... Only wanted to offer any help that I could. In future I will watch what I say. OH just for GP my programs are NOT pirated. Would it be against forum rules if I paid for the program(s) and then offered the use of my program(s) to someone else?

Indeed it would be against forum rules. Giving software to those who haven't paid for it is piracy. If someone likes a certain software they should pay for it otherwise the software makers get no revenue and we get no updates or new software.

I think that is why we also tell ppl to edit out their Serial numbers in posted Nero burn logs. It enables others to steal the programs, and this too is piracy.. aaarrrrrrrr me mateies.. Ooops my hook got caught on the keyboard, and i have a patch over one eye, that damn parrot keeps crapping down my back too.. My wooden leg is being eaten by termites too. Well, time to fly the jolly rodger and sharpen my cutlass. You had good intentions. Just don't give away all our pirate secrets to these land lubbers!
