I converted it from a rmvb file to a file that DVD Shrink can use. I think its a VOB file.

I think the subtitles are embedded into the video (.VOB file), if it is I can't help you as I've never done it. I'm not even sure it can be done.

@PJizzle
If i understand your question correctly can't you just uncheck the languages you don't want in shrink?

in the example i would uncheck everything except english and i think the only subtitles or as shrink calls it subpicture that will display will be english.
@temj
Correct me if i am wrong on this.
The above image is a screen capture of shrink and the movie was Jet Li THE ONE opened in DVD Shrink using the open disc button. I think shrink will allow you to easily remove unwanted subtitles just like you can on unwanted audio. Am i missing something or am i confused temj? Correct me if i am wrong, as i don't want to give out incorrect information. Anyway if i have this right the answer to your question is yes in shrink.

If it the video he/she is referring to is proper DVD format (ie. .bup, .ifo, .vob files), then yes they would be able to remove the subtitles through DVD Shrink.

If it is a .avi, .mpeg, or some other type of single "video file", then no you can not do it in DVD Shrink. The subtitles are embedded in the video file and are not selectable, in fact DVD Shrink will not even open the file.

Thanks for clearing that up. I think you are doing a great job helping ppl here. Maybe they will let you stay as temj. They seemed to have a problem with you when you were jmet lol :). Really, i think you do a fine job, including screen captures and everything. I am sure many newbies, and not so newbies appreciate your help.
