what is Video Vault, that would help. If it is a site then'i would say yes unless they log your IP Adress as part of your sign in
and would not allow you to sign on from a different IP Adress

usually if it is a program, and you install it on multiple
computers it will work. As long as you have a registration
key to enter it will still register to you no matter what
system you put it on.

Yes, you can install it on multiple machines, because I just did it. I have it on my desktop and my laptop.
