Get a bittorent client (Azuraus, bitcomet, bit tornado, shareaze etc. etc) then go to a torrent site and download the torrent files whuch you will then open up in your bittorrent client and start downloading.

torrent sites:

isohunt.com/
www.torrentreactor.to/torrents/search
livetorrents.com/
www.torrentspy.com/default.asp
thepiratebay.org/

bittottrent is a p2p network which seems to run better then limeware and bearshare type p2p programs in my opinion.

uasly when you download an Xbiox game it comes in rar file which you have to extract the first RARA file and it will then extract the full xISO. Now you can burn the xISO to disc and play that way or you can get a program like quix and extract the xISO into a game folder then FTP the game folder over to Xbox to play off hard drive.

Bittorrent is the most common source of p2p programs. It is very rare when someone uploads a game on programs like Limewire, Warez, and others because for one, every time they upload a new version, a lot of files are lost, and two, you would have to download each individual .rar (pain in the ass)

Bittorrent is the way to go (I don't promote piracy though)

newnova and mininova are good public trackers as well. I would have to say that for spped you would want newsgroups though....but the retention isn't that long. BT is the best bet, unless you have some 'ins' on IRC.
