To copy/rip DVD to your hard drive, use DVD Decrypter (free):

http://www.afterdawn.com/software/video_software/dvd_rippers/dvd_...

Another free ripper, DVD Fab Decrypter (free):

http://www.afterdawn.com/software/video_software/dvd_rippers/dvdf...

Output files will be stored in a VIDEO_TS folder...

If DVD Decrypter fails to rip dvd not due to a bad disc:

AnyDVD (not free): http://www.slysoft.com/en/download.html

This is a driver that will make your copy protected dvd appear with no protections to your computer, thus making it easy to rip...

There is a $10 discount if you enter afterdawn in the discount area, if you decide to purchase it...
