I am running across the samething,Trying to use my Trial version No luck.I want to buy it and i am wondering if i need to uninstall the program, buy it and then get the key and download the program. Not sure how that works. Anyone know?

You do not need to uninstall if you decide to buy it. If you decide to buy: After purchasing, Slysoft will let you download a registry key. Go ahead and download it, save it to where you want. Double-click on the registry key, then restart your computer. If you do not see the Slysoft icon (fox) on the registry key, that means AnyDVD is not installed or installed incorrectly. After rebooting, AnyDVD will load...
