"Procoder detected stalling in the conversion"

Anybody ever got that message? It only happens on some convertions I try to do. From PAL to NTSC with 23.976fps -> NTSC (3:2pulldown). I've tried changing few options here and there including the fps, and it continues to happen, so I think it might have to do with the source.
