I swear this doesnt want to work, can somone please help -

1 - what should my xbox and xomp IP, DNS, Gateway setting be at ?

2 - how do i change them ?

3 - is a cross over cable a eathernet cable ?, because i have a
eathernet cable going into my a hub, then a cable from the hub into my xbox, because when i hook them straight up, on my evo dash it says no link, so what exactly should i do ?

4 i use flashfxp, and what do i do to connect to my xbox from there
