Burning Kazaa files to VCD

I've tryed to burn MPEG files downloaded from Kazaa/Grokster, but Nero says the files are not MPEG.

I tryed also using VCDEasy, and it says that the files are DAT, and that the program requires true MPEG (or something like that).

What is the solution, please?

what other good sites are there to download from, thats the only one i can find to download shows from

Are the files .dat/.avi or something like that?

If .avi just encode to VCD with TMPEnc using this guide (note, just skip straight to the TMPGEnc part):

If .dat I'm not sure what to do.
