i have a supposed iso file for a ps2 game it says ISO9660 archive. ive tried to unzipp it and i get a bunch of files. im trying to put it on my ps2 hdd w handiness any thoughts on how to get this to a one part iso or just on how to load this damn thing?

an ISO is usually made for burning onto a CD or DVD, you shouldn't need to simply unzip it. If you're trying to get it onto your HDD, you may want to open the ISO with ISO Buster to see if they're PS2 files in there or not. What was the exact name of the file you got and what kind of files do you get when you unzip it?

it said final fantasy Xll. iso but once on my desktop it then became a win rar. once uncompressed it was about 15 files abunch labled irx some just file dev9, hdd and an img . also it was 3.8 gigs when uncommpressed it became very small. thanks for the help

I take it thats the japanese version of the game because it's not released everywhere else yet. Anyway, it just sounds like somehow WinRAR associated itself with the ISO file type and thats why it looks like it turned into a WinRAR file. I'd leave the iso the way it was and burn it... the files inside sounds like typical PS2 files and folders.
