I recently purchased a USB chord to plug into the phone, but unlike my old V220, the phone does not light up. The computer, however, does chirp as it reads that the USB has connected to something. I have Mobile Phonetools, and it cannot detect my phone. Do you guys have any suggestions. I want to upload video from my phone to my website and ringtones from my comp to the phone. Please help. I've been on the phone with Cingular and I've been surfing the net for solutions for hours. Please... I'm desperate!
