ok, im connecting to xlink, but there is only like one gameroom selectable on the system link menu, however on my computer it shows like 20 gamerooms/servers w/e

It shows games in the rooms by whoever is hosting them. So if you go into a private arena, there is usually only one game. Make sure you set your status to :Looking for games" too.
