Can not get some games to back up

I have recently tried to back up my games, and found that 1 of them will not back up (ratchet and clank). i have used DVD Decrypter, and tried Nero. both crap out at 97%. any ideas?

Had this problem too, not with any of the Ratchet games, but with Soul Calibur 3. Turned out there was a noticable scratch on the disc. Tried another disc clean of scratches on the surface and it backed up just fine.

Check the condition of your disc...that may help
