every time i rip star wars episode I II or III i cant get the alien subtitles to show up in my avi please help

I don't know if this is how you rip but try using DVD Decrypter and use the IFO mode. Use the Stream Processing tab and only check the subtitles, audio and video you want. Then use VirtualDubMod to convert it to an AVI.
