i have used decryptor many times in the past and have had no problem with it and have not changed my burner, methods, or dvd media. I have the latest firmware available and am not sure what the problem is. Also, this is not just one disk (so it is not scratched or anything), but i cannot read copy any to my hard drive, i keep getting the same error. If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance!

Your problem isn't anything you're doing or using. The problem is the movie you're backing up. It has the Sony Arcos protection. Since DVD Decrytper is no longer updated, it doesn't no how to decrypt that protection. You can download AnyDVD. This is updated anytime there's a new type of protection and you're sent a message to update when that happens. Also, it has a 21day trial period, then you must purchase it. It's money well spent! Click on this link http://www.slysoft.com and scroll down the page to the red fox. This works in the background, so it won't be necessary to backup to the hard drive then burn. You simply pop in your dvd to back up and AnyDVD will do the rest in seconds. Then you backup your movie! That's it!! Happy Burning!!!!

pous7 ,
Welcome to the forum.
1. W 21:45:34 Drive C:\ (FAT32) does not support single files > 4 GB
W 21:45:34 Drive D:\ (FAT32) does not support single files > 4 GB

Convert the HD to NTFS instead of Fat32. Directions on Microsoft site

2. E 21:52:09 Failed to read Sector 737509 - L-EC Uncorrectable Error
E 21:52:09 Failed to Extract Sectors!

Try AnyDVD or DVDFAB Decrypter to rip the DVD as DVDDecrypter has stopped updating and it might be the newer encryption. It could also be a faulty mastering problem of the disk ( bad press or a bubble on the DVD)
