I'm a newbie and have been reading about being able to have an external hdd with the new slim ps2 to play games off of it. I wanted to know if its possible to play FFXI on the slim ps2 by using an external hdd and not use the hdd for playing backed up games and having to mod it or anything. Basically playing FFXI like you would with the older ps2 with the hdd put in the back compartment, but instead using the slim ps2 and an external hdd. Thanks for the help
