Duo2 SE installation problem

hey guys i installed my duo2se today and the PS2 works completely fine if i just use an original game and load it without using the chip, however if i use the methods for using the chip all that i will get is a black screen.

What does this say?
What wires should i check over?
anyone ever have this problem before?

You may want to open it again, and check your connections. I almost messed up when I installed my Modbo chip, but my daughter caught it. Use the voltmeter to check for shorts.
