I've got a problem with my v551, if anybody could help plz. Here's my problem. I broke my v551 phone, sent it back to cing. and they said that they were going to send me a new remanufactured phone. I recieved the phone, took my old phone and backed up the addresses and copied it and the gain_table (which worked fine) to my new phone thru pk2 man. I restarted the phone and this is what i have ended up with,
1. earpiece or speaker phone does not work when placing a call.

2. There is no keypad volume

3. and the strange one is when turning up the volume of the phone
7 is quit
6 is extremely loud
5 is quit
4 extremely loud
3 quit
2 ect...
1 ect..

now know nothing else to do with the phone i replace the gain_table with my original gain_table from my first phone, this didnt help either.
Please if anybody could help me with this i would be greatly appreciated.
