ive got a copy of burnout 3:takedown backed up on my hard drive but everytime i do a certain Grandprix it crashes.im running unleash X dahboard and ive deleted the e:cache files.

xbox 1.1 80GB hdd xecuter 2 unleash x dash(possible upgrade in future) very old pc(new one should be coming soon)
bottle of bacardi(depending on how drunk i am sometimes the bottles empty)
packet of smokes(until i smoke them all)

That's pretty weird. Did you burn from disc or did you download an iso. Best just answer that one yourself, lol.
Anyway, try deleting xyz folders and if that doesn't work, try recopying to hd.

i copied it off the original disc.i might try and borrow the original and recopy it,it might work.

Did you use latest copy of dvd2xbox to copy it? I would reccomend using that.

im running unleash x so i just went second option down copy game disk.i dont know if thats dvd2xbox or what but i just used that.all my other games work fine.

Some games won't run off the hard drive without hex editing. The devs of dvd2xbox build in all the latest patches into ACL files that they include with the program. Examples of games that won't run off the HD if not copied with dvd2xbox are

Leisure Suit Larry: Magna Cum Laude
The new Hulk game
NBA 2006
Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic: Will glitch on telos mining facility when you are the droid.

I don't have Burnout Revenge, but it could be possible, I would goto xbins and get dvd2xbox and place it in your apps folder (probably E:\apps)

It could just be a bad transfer, I don't know. But I do know that dvd2xbox is the best program out there hands down, for copying games to your HD.

ive got dvd2xbox in my apps folder i used it to add some new skins.if i get my hands on burnout legends i will try it with that.
