Hi,
Stumbled accross this site, fantastic info and im sure this is probably answered somewhere but I have a problem with Spiderman 2 for the PS2. My boy cracked the original on the centre and the disc is unplayble so I downloaded an image file off the net.
I have tried burning on verbatim media at 1x on clone CD and used alchohol, even burnt it as a DVD on decryptor. I take it is a cd as its 700MB and blue when i put it in the drive. Anyway, when I play it the PS2 logo comes up as it does "brilliant! it recognises the disc" it then just stays balck for a few seconds and returns to the browser screen. Is there anyway to verify the image? it could be a dummy or am I being one and doing something stupid? ive had no problem with any media on my chipped PS2 before but this is the first CD based game ive done.

i did not think that was a CD based game?
Mine is a DVD?
are you 100% sure it was a PS2 file and not a PSP file.
those are a lot smaller. I looked online and that game file
is a DVD and is 3.85GB for PS2
