I don't mean to sound like a noob but I cannot lock my harddrive. I
have only softmodded my xbox and I tried the tutorials here: http://www.xbox-scene.com/articles/no-modchip-hdd-swap.php , http://xbox-scene.com/articles/large-hd-unmodded.php , and here http://www.maxconsole.net/?mode=content&itemid=37 but none of them worked write. I have got to the part where you lock your harddrive but everytime I try to lock my hard drive I get a "Drive not ready" using hdlock. When i used I researched to see if my drive was lockable. It shows that the drive is lockable. Then I tryed to lock my origional xbox hard drive. I got the same error. Can anyone give me help or advice.By the way I am using a v1.1 Xbox. The hard drive I am trying to upgrade to is 160 Gigs, It it a Maxtor with the serial number 6Y160P0.
