okay need some help i download a movie it happen to be a bin file i now have iso buster i tried to extract the file not sure if i did it right because it has four folders EXT MPEG2 SEGMENT SVCD and also its gives u 3 types of way to extract each one so iam lost now pleae help

and btw,i have just this minute noticed something wrong with that guide....click on MPEG and not SEGMENT!!!!!!!
