Unlock xbox HD with Labtop or Xbox its self

Any one able to help me. I have a bad HD in my xbox. I have another Xbox HD and want to put it in my box. However as we all know they are locked. Is there anyway at all to Unlock the new HD to be used with my box. I only have a laptop and the box its self. PLEASE HELP

Another thing that would help is if any one could post an image of a unlocked new disk with a way to mount it to my drive or any drive for that matter
