reading up on buying this product and i have 1 question about this:

What is the main difference between DMS4 EZI Lite and DMS4 EZI Pro?
The main difference is that Pro has 2MB of flash memory which allows you to store homebrew software (ps2 media player, utilities, demos, emulators) in it's internal memory. The Lite version requires the user to boot homebre software either from CD/DVD or a memory card.

Does the Homebre software come with this product? and what exactly is this software?

Homebrew software is stuff like emulators and PS2 media reality player. The DMS 4 Pro boots those things off the chip, rather than off the Memory card, like the DMS 4 lite. If you don't care about those things it doesn't matter too much. I personally would go with the DMS 4 solder chips. They're $30 cheaper and with installation your only paying $5 more for a top notch job. Teammodders.com installed my Matrix Infinity.

About a week. Don't settle for less than the Matrix Infinity or DMS 4.

yeah, those two are the best.
I have the DMS4 Pro myself, and even though i don't
use the homebrew features. The flash upgrades that you get for this chip are just a little better than the Lite version.
see here for details on both

The ToxicOS V0.3 is for the pro
The ToxicBIOS V1.3 is for the lite.
