Hi guys. Anyone know of any good outlets for purchasing DVD-R 2x in the UK, without having to take out a mortgage, price a show yesterday £37.50 for 25 (WFS Brand), were £18/25 a few weeks ago, someone is making a killing. BulkPacs available at less but - ugh

i was paying £1.10 for a disc last month £2.50 now !!!!!!! phew i know theres a shortage but is that any reason to rip us off ;)

if u want great media i have a computer business called Fast Computers telll me what u want and i get u stff at bargain prices


Last week i bought 200 aladin 1x disks 4 80p each and ive burnt every single 1 and had no come backs.

there isn't any good 2X media... i believe all cheaper 2x media are manufactured(OEM) by Princo... and they SUX... stick with 1X or use 4X media. I use Universal 4X media found at dvd-r.safewebshop.com... I also use mitsui sometimes for my precious PS2 GAMES.

I swear by Verbatim x2 speed they are made by mitsubishi chemical corp and are brill they will work in everything ya throw it at xbox, ps2. and no dodgy lead in codes as per bulkcrap. I bought 50 disk for £1.60 per disk which may seem a bit pricey but no come backs from www.nexus22.com

I can offer any customer in the UK a 50 pack for $1.18/pc and 100 pack for $.97/pc. This price includes same day shipping through FedEx.

Ye alltech what you are forgeting though is that the UK customs and excise will also charge 17.5% on top of that. And if you forget to pay they will come and visit you at a silly hour of the morning with the police for vat evasion?.
