I am trying to backup my movie Crash the original dvd is in very good condition very minor scratches i use dvd decrypter to try and decrypt it first it'll get to about 49% and it'll give me some type of error, i tried just ignoring the error then when it is completed i open the file with dvd shrink 3.2 but it says there is missing files needed can anyone help me?!?

Try DVDFab Decrypter. Chances are the scratch is too severe, and will prevent you from properly backing up your movie.

DVDFab is great for those tough ones. It is not a burner though so you will still need to burn with decrypter or Nero or whatever burning program you use.
