Play mini CDs in my desktop computer?

I have a few mini CDs that I have received from my friends. I would like to know if I can play them in the CD player in my desktop computer.
It appears that I must by a mini player in order to review waht is on the mini CDs. Here is the shape of the mini CD:

there should be a smaller center ring in your cd tray, just stick it on that. or if it's a laptop just put the disc on the hub just like a normal cd, should work fine.
