I am trying to put a movie we filmed onto DVD and i have no problem with that, but what if any, program is there that will let me put in a seperate audio track during the movie during the authoring process? Like cast and crew commentary to be played while watching the film.

DVD-Lab Pro can handle multiple audio streams.
