As far as I know, if your don't have a torrent file client on your PC, you can only open them in notepad or another whitespace editor.
Google yourself 'torrent clients' and find one!!
Then your PC will recognize the file association and thus have the abiltity to open them!

If you don't,you need to download it.(free version)
After you have that, the folder that you have the file you're trying to watch, should have a whole bunch of files with the WinRAR logo. Then you would usually right click on the first one which usually ends in 00 or 01,then left click on extract here.

with the file you downloaded, I mean. You would open the folder of what you downloaded. Once you open that folder,it should have alot of files. Alot of files with the winrar logo next to them. Files ending in numbers.(00,01,02,03,04 etc.) You would right click on the first file with the winrar logo next to it(usually ending in 00,01) Right click, then left click on "EXTRACT HERE"
