Huge hdadvance problem.

I recently got a ripped iso of burnout revenge, from a uh... friend. Anyway, the hard drive in my ps2 is formatted for hdadvance, I have hdadvance 3.0. I have tried transfering the ISO to the hard drive while it was connected to my pc, i've tried sending the iso to the hard drive through HDL_Dumb(p), and I've also tried backing up the ISO to a dvd simply with dvd decrypter AND also a copy using the other method which is to use ISO Buster followed by cd/dvdgen, iml2iso and dvd decrypter. Then I of course did the swapping with a slide card tool. NONE of these methods are working, and the ISO is in FINE condition as I have friends that have used it successfully. It isn't the hard drive either, because I was able to backup an ORIGINAL copy of gta san andreas.
