I just backed up a movie onto a Fujifilm DVD-R using Dvddecrpyter and Dvdshrink.
When I try to play it in my new Samsung DVD recorder I get a message that says 'No Disc'.
My trusty old RCA player plays it without a problem.
Any ideas?

research your DVD player here

your DVD player may not like those discs.
If there is a firmware update, it may take care of that problem.
Or, the DVD player maybe failing.
