I Read Somewhere About Dummy Files I Just Want to know How to identify Which Files These Are When I Am Backing Up My Games?

Also How Do I Tell Which Files Are The In-game Video Clips So I Can Get Rid Of Them

dummy files are usually named just that.
the file is called dummy.
you open the ISO file with ISO Buster and you will be able
to see and extract the files. First you extract them to a folder
then just use notepad to replace the dummy file.
There are tutorials here if you search for them.
make note of the file order in ISO Buster as you will need it
to rebuild the ISO after you replace the dummy files so that
you can burn it.

Can Dummy files also come in different names? One of the games I opened with ISO buster came with files called DMY00. DMY01. etc. and there were 20 of them and they were all the same size. Are these also dummy files?

sounds like a dummy file to me..... if you try to pronounce DMY its Dummy, isn't it? =) If there's 20 of them, chances are, yes, those are dummy files.
